HVB Consulting LLC: Is not a CPA firm; Is not operated by a CPA; Does not provide attest services; Does not perform audits; Does not perform technical financial-statement reviews; Does not prepare compilations for third-party use; Does not issue financial-statement opinions or attest reports; Does not prepare audited financial statements; Does not provide investment-related financial analysis; Does not provide investment advice; Does not provide legal advice or legal representation; Does not represent clients before the IRS, the Franchise Tax Board, the EDD or any other tax or governmental authority. Every service relationship is governed by a separately signed Engagement Letter and Service Agreement or other service agreement. That agreement contains its own rules regarding: Scope of services; Fees; Confidentiality; Information protection; Limitation of liability; Termination; Dispute resolution. If these terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls regarding professional services. Submitting a form, email, WhatsApp message or website inquiry does not by itself create a professional relationship or require HVB Consulting LLC to provide services.

HVB Consulting LLC's Privacy Notice is incorporated into these terms. By using the sites, you acknowledge that information may be handled under the Privacy Notice, subject to the rights and limitations provided by applicable law.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating solely to the sites will be submitted to the courts located in Orange County, California, to the extent permitted by law. Disputes relating to professional services are governed by the client's signed service agreement.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
